Changing careers nurse

Hi can anyone recommend alternative careers for a NHS nurse? I currently work in critical care part time which fits in well with school hours and do not need to pay for childcare. I have been a nurse nurse for over 20 years, but am struggling to cope with the hours, workload, patient demands and high pressure work environment. I do not enjoy dealing with patients and staff members anymore unfortunately. Currently top of band 6 in London and would need flexi working.

College lecturer (eg health and social care, first aid, access to nursing)
Medical sales rep (I know a couple of nurses who sell wound care products and medical devices)
Clinical coder

Have you looked at other areas to transfer your nursing skills without giving up your registration?
All nursing roles have their demands in different ways, your clinical skills might suit an alternative area like hospital at home, community iv therapy nursing (private companies) etc

When I was in London I did homecare packages for kids whilst they were at school. Very well paid, consistent shifts, lovely friendly special school environment and school hours plus travel to their home. Mostly trachy, suctioning, epilepsy and enteral feeds.
Medical devices sales and training. I know a couple of nurses who did training for IV and enteral feeding pumps seemed an easy soft nursing job
