Indecisive about returning to work

I've been in two minds about wanting to return to work or wait a bit longer. I am single mum to two one is 7 who is already in school and my youngest is 1 year old. I don't have immediate family in my area to support me especially when I do have interview I don't have anyone to look after my youngest plus I'm just confused on how to work out how much childcare costs will be even with the 30 hours funded. I'm very conflicted as I need extra income to support my family I already have an interview next week which is ideal as it works around my children but the only problem is I don't have any one to look after my youngest and I dont have enough for a baby sitter just find it very difficult

Have you worked since your children?
What's making you indecisive?

The last work was before had my youngest back in April 2024 and I'm indecisive as I have huge anxiety around putting my youngest in nursery and having hear staff being abusive that doesn't help but at the same time I like to work so earn extra income
