Interview

I have an interview tomorrow and I’m terrified. I’ve had 2 interviews in the last 6 months and failed them miserably. I’ve done no preparation for the interview as I don’t even know where to start.
I’ve been a SAHM for 17 years after previously working in IT. There are so many things going on in my life at the moment so my head isn’t in the right place. We need the money so I really need to get a job. Not sure why I’m posting. Guess I just wanted to write it down somewhere.

Think of five things you want them to know about your previous experience. Five achievements or examples. Then crowbar them in more or less regardless of what they ask you. That's the best tip I ever had and turned me from a gibbering wreck into a confident interviewee. Good luck!

Do some research about the company and the position. As PP says, write down some key relevant points (your suitability for the role, some times you’ve solved a problem/difficult situation), ask a couple of questions.
Be positive. They want to know what you CAN do, not what you can’t.

You have to at least do some basic research into the company
