First day back at work tomorrow and I’m already dreading it. The long unflexible hours, the constant pressure in what is a cut throat dog eat dog industry.
I earn 72 K plus bonuses, company car, good pension, private health care etc. The package is fantastic but I feel trapped and would like a job with similar pay and more flexibility.
Has anyone got any idea on what I can transition to ? Or where to even begin ? Taking a huge pay cut would be incredibly tough as our outgoings are big.
