Interested in this as a possible new career. My background is in the media industry, but part of my work involves helping people find resolution within their own work and move forwards.
I find this aspect very fulfilling and in another life I would have probably trained as a psychotherapist. I am late 40s now though and I think the training is too long (and the market is too saturated) for me to retrain and make a meaningful second career out of it.
Mediation looks fascinating but I am slightly overwhelmed by the number of training courses on offer - and how much work one actually gets once qualified.
Does anyone do this? Would love to hear what your journey has looked like!
