Just wondering if there is anyone here based in NI able to shine some light on financing a nursing degree. I am looking at the new 2 year postgrad nursing degee at Queens which is fully funded however I will need bursaries etc to keep me afloat as I won't be working as much.
I see I will be entitled to a bursary but also a parental allowance. I know this is means tested and depends on the household income. My husband works FT and we have 3 small children and I may be able to pick up bank shifts at the hospital if I am not on placement. Is there anyone in the same sort of situation? Just looking to see how much roughly i would be entitled to before I go and a apply for a course!
