Energy levels working full time

i work full time and travel a couple of days a week. Fairly full on role and have 2 primary aged children. Colleagues who are in similar positions just have endless energy whereas I have peaks and troughs throughout the week.
they will bound through tasks, meetings and pick up new projects and be so positive all the time. It’s a great place to work and I appreciate the positivity but I can’t get myself into the same headspace as them! Any tips??
I am 44, 4 years in HRT and probably drink too much wine which I know won’t help with energy levels

I have no idea as I feel the same way, I’m starting to try and do less but do it well, rather than have 100 nearly tasks and projects. I plan to buy a sad lamp and some vitamin d supplements. I waste a lot of time doom scrolling and I think that drains energy too but need a fix to stop!

I’ve recently started taking a perimenopause supplement and that’s helped my energy levels. Plus magnesium to sleep, which helps also.

Regular exercise is crucial for me to maintain energy levels. But I have to say, I tend to crash on Saturdays after busy weeks.

My energy levels are up and down too. But changing habits like not having alcohol, excercising, taking vitamin D and magnesium glycinate help. and a SAD lamp too
