Which HR software does your company use?

Which HR system does your company use for booking annual leave, time sheets, employees records, etc. And how do you find it?

Looking for something user friendly, simple and that has an app to use in mobile phones.

We use Moorepay. We don't use the timesheet function but use the other areas. I implemented it and find it easy to use.

How many employees is it for? We have 40.

Personio. It’s brilliant but expensive.

cezanne which is pretty good. Don’t know if it has an app but wouldn’t use it if it did - do your staff want something on their personal phones?

It’s more for Talent Acquisition activities (job descriptions etc) but try PowerdashHR

We use LeaveDates, which I like as it's simple to use.

In the past, in a previous company, they used Bright HR via Peninsula HR consultancy, which also allowed you to submit expenses via mobile app through the same system.

I prefer LeaveDates overall though, as I think it is more user friendly. Specifically, very easy to set your approval workflows etc.

Yes, I think they will find it useful in the phone for timesheets, annual leave, etc.

We want something we can store all HR data and records too. So one tool for everything

We use BrightHR

We use the holiday/sickness tracking and the QR code for clocking in/out (upgrade from an old school clocking in machine).

We can also upload payslips, etc on there too.

Agree, truly one of the worst systems I've ever used
