I've fear I have had a coughing fit on the phone with the wrong person, I have my Manager now asking very directly am I'm unwell.
Should this be allowed? I didn't want to take time of ill as can't bare thought of wages being messed about and silly loyalty and when I tried for annual leave before some training course last week where the vast majority of us turned up ill with this whole cough/cold anyway, leave wasn't approved.
Surely the call centre operations could block a call coming through to me, if I have had a complaint listed against myself with them in the past.
