I really hoped a cold would jog on by now, which leaves me a little unsure how to play training at work which starts tomorrow and is in person with others.
(I normally work from home so was able to cover it up last week but off to a bad start today with all callers saying have you got a cold, you want to be in bed)
I've tested for Covid but that came back negative. I think it is more a sinus problem with a bunged nose. I've tried loads of otc medication but it isn't shifting.
As the trainer, would you want to know in advance?
