Job with the NCT?

Has anyone worked with the NCT and can give me any feedback on whether you’d recommend. Community based support.

I had a friend who has done this for years. We met when our DC were primary. I failed any interview to do this job, but she is still there 15 years on. We both have a similar qual - not needed for the job- clearly her style fits better than mine!
