Will declaring health ruin job opportunity?

I have been offered a new job. I haven't been working for a while and I'm so excited.
I am however worried as I had to declare to the OH I have a health condition and the occupational health need to contact me to discuss it.
I'm worried this will scupper my chances and they will retract the offer?
I really didn't want to tell them but I felt that I had to.
Has anyone been though similar?

It probably depends on the employer and the condition, but we have quite a few people with health conditions and they need to know about any working requirements- e.g. working from home while receiving treatment thst leaves you immunosuppressed, or one guy currently on crutches has special temporary emergency evacuation rules. Others just need some time off for medical reviews and so on. So I would expect it's just to find out if they need to do anything to help you work.
