Holiday entitlement

Hey!
Just wondering if anyone knows if 196 Hours of Holiday Entitlement per year is normal? Im not great at working out what Hours to shifts ratio should be but they said this is including Bank Holidays?

it works out as 7.84hrs if you divide it by 25. 25 including BHs is the statutory requirement.

Well that's 28 days of 7 hour shifts so pretty standard.

It’s 28 including bank holidays that is the statutory minimum.

Oops my error! Yes it works out as 28 7hr days.

I haven’t started yet but that’s what they told me my holiday entitlement would be and I’m meant to be working 35 hours per week - Thankyou all
