I started a new job a few months ago. They contracted me to another company and the workload has been light! I keep asking for more work.
i got some more work and told id get the workload of another contractors when they left! My ‘manager’ did resourcing discussions with everyone. After that I got a note to hand over my busiest project to a full time and they’ve hired 2 more contractors! I have a call today with the manager but I don’t understand it! They are not getting good value do their money and my skills are seriously being undervalued. The feedback I received to date has been positive and my employers know it’s been pretty boring so I don’t understand! I can’t cope with doing less work!
