I am struggling with a big decision. Myself and my partner both work full time, he's full time at home and im in an office. This means school runs, dinner, washing etc etc is all left to him and although he does it to the best he can I want to be there to do it better 😉 no offense. I want to be home more with the kids and get those extra precious hours before evening sets in. Do I loose out on the pay and struggle but be there like I want or do I suck it up for the money.
