Working out redundancy pay

so I recently got made redundant while on maternity. I know that you count the 12 weeks before going into maternity. I had been using holiday to top up my pay as I was struggling with being pregnant and working in a restaurant. Do you count the money you earnt through the hours you’ve work or can you count the holiday pay you got too?

I'm not totally clear what you mean. Statutory redundancy requirement is based on full years worked and your age believe. How many full years have you worked for the company and what are are you?

Yeah but the pay is based on your last 12 weeks wages.
so say I worked 25 hours one week but I topped up my week with 5 hours of holiday. Which then made it to 30 hours. Do you count the 25 hours or do you count both your worked pay and the holiday hours?

It is normally based on actual taxable pay

Actual hours worked. (You have to earn holiday before you can use it so it doesn't count in the calculation.)
