Please help me decide between two jobs

I already got an offer for a job; it is 3.5 days, very small company, nice and friendly people but perhaps not much opportunity for profession. I would have more autonomy but less support

Job 2: still in the process. Company size, location and culture suit me better, more growth potential, uncapped leave, 30 days overseas work, good benefits. But lots more recruitment hassle. I already passed two interviews; and preparing a cade study which really has not much to do with the company as it is about costs, inventory, etc and this has really put me off; the company is a service type company so nor costs accounting. Can’t feel thinking this is a hassle.

Finance role. I am about to pull out of second process and accept first company.

Imagine you weren’t still in the interview process and had both job offers which would you take?

id be nervous of 3.5 days in a small company. Is that all they can afford? Will you get 5 days workload but they expect you to do it in less time? I see too many people drop a day a week at work and their workload doesn’t really change.

Thank you. If I have both jobs offers I would take the full time one; however their process and case study presentation to 3 people has put me a bit off though, but I appreciate it is a larger company.

Yes, I am slightly concerned about the part time job; it is a small company and a new role so a I am sure only part time is required; but they initially suggested 6 months which put me off, when I said that I was looking for permanent they agreed to offer a permanent role. They advertised their role as permanent.
