Malicious complaint

I have had a malicious complaint put in at my workplace by a service user. This service user is the ex partner of my daughter who is currently dealing with child custody through the courts. I have contacted HR to see the complaint and to be given a copy of it. They will not sent me a copy and are not actioning anything against me. What should I do next.

Nothing. They aren’t actioning anything against you.
If they investigate, stick to the facts, and HR will work out its malicious very quickly.
If you have any direct working relationship with him, ask someone else to take over that aspect of your role.

I also wouldn’t tell your daughter, she has enough to deal with, and if she reacts to him in anger, this could reflect badly on her child custody case.
