Who is she with when you are working? Assuming she isn’t home alone, what do you have to feel guilty about?

Why do you feel guilty when you are providing for her? She won’t even notice you’re away during the night shift.

She attends a nursery … I just hate the fact I miss so much this year in working Christmas Day it’s just hard

You work a lot fewer days than I do, and I don’t feel guilty. It’s part of parenting to provide for your children, and you work part time!

Does her dad feel guilty for working (full time I assume?)

At that age I’d just make Xmas day another day. She will never know the difference if Santa comes on 23rd or 24th. Just do a full Xmas day on the day that suits you.
