Residential Surveyor/Valuer salary?

I'm thinking of retraining as a rics building surveyor and valuer for residential sales.

Does anyone know what is the expected salary once qualified?

I'm in Wiltshire so it won't be as much as it is in London I guess

My son had a degree in building surveying. He is just starting a graduate job earning £28k. Once qualified ( RICS) this should rise.
DH is a chartered building surveyor. Working all hour and earning around £70k.
we are in a county south of you.

Thank you! I wonder how much your son will be on, once qualified? I've been searching online, but I'm getting such mixed results. The course is intense and expensive, so I want decent salary out of it!
