Cleaners required?

"We're hiring cleaners* *to support our housing services for people affected by homelessness".
Would this be to prepare homes where homeless people are waiting to move in?

I imagine it's cleaning of bedrooms, communal areas (bathrooms, kitchens) in some sort of supported housing.

There's a place in our town that is a massive old house turned into bedsits for people who have been street homeless. They have their own bedroom but shared bathrooms & kitchen. Some of them are just short term whilst trying to get a council flat, some are longer term.
