Career change in your late 40s?

I’ve been in HR for over 20 years and I really don’t want to do it any more. Has anyone else left HR to go on to do something else? Truth be told, I’m 48 and don’t want to work full stop, but needs must!

of course you can, the only limitation is what income you actually need.
