In this position what would you do;

Current Job - not unhappy but department chronically understaffed so we are overworked, I like some of the people but a bit of a culture of back stabbing, very short commute, flexi time. But despite working myself into a senior position requiring the passing of professional exams because I started in a very junior role colleagues and management don't treat me the same as other staff with the same qualifications. I also for this reason believe I am not paid enough for the job I do. Very very little chance for progression. Also small company where most have already been bought up by big firms, feels like we are just waiting to be swallowed up and potential if that happened for job losses.

Potential new job - longer commute, more money but works out at only an extra £30 a month when you deduct travel costs, colleagues will only know me as fully qualified. Larger firm so less potential of going under. More chance to progress.

Longer commute as in unreasonable or longer commute as in just a bit extra.

I'd leave on basis you gave - respect and chance to progress. Any other perks? Any chance to negotiate a bit extra salary wise?

Longer as in 50 minutes on the train rather than 10 minutes in the car. Other perks are early finish on a Friday which is DH's day off. Whilst not hybrid ability to work from home if needed such as waiting for delivery or an appointment etc. I could potentially ask if the salary could be increased a little due to cost of commute but I'm not sure they would agree as obviously I knew where the job was when I applied. Obviously didn't know the salary at this point though as it wasn't disclosed until the interview.
