This is an odd one, agent sent me a job spec it had salary, pension, benefits but no mention of holidays number of days, a full time role.
I asked the agency and they said oh that doesn't get discussed until you get an actual job offer and a contract is being drawn up between you and the company ....never come across that surely most companies have a set amount.
Seems like a red flag they wont say what the annual leave is and agent got a bit uppity when I asked....
