Underdesk treadmill

I was thinking of buying a walking pad to get some steps in. I’ve taken on a new role and there is endless teams meetings. I’m getting pains in my back and hips from sitting. Have you got a walking pad/mini treadmill and would you recommend it. Maybe I should put this in fitness

I have one but find it impossible to use it while working. I spend a lot of my day on Teams and bouncing up and down on camera isn’t ideal, plus the walking pad is quite noisy. I’ve tried typing while walking and am just not able to do that at all.

I’ve moved mine to the spare room and just use it as a normal treadmill now.
