I'm a litigant in person. I brought a case against my employer and have won (in parts). We have a remedy hearing which my employers are trying to postpone- they are asking for further medical evidence to be obtained, asking the Tribunal to agree for an independent medical examiner to be appointed (I have already submitted evidence from my own drs). I think the Judge is minded to agree to further evidence (to address the personal injury part of my claim). I am, of course, happy to comply with any directions made by the court but I am completely broke, struggling to pay my bills, in lots of debt, holes in my shoes etc. The Respondent has unlimited financial resource (Public Sector) , is represented by a barrister and team of solicitors etc,, If what they propose will costs thousands I simply dont have it (as they well know). WWYD? I feel broken.
