Hello. I have recently been signed off for 2 weeks by occupational health. Do I need to get an additional sick note to hand into my employer for my absence or is the sick note enough?

In my workplace the note from occupational health would be enough. We currently have had someone signed off by occupational health for 14 days, however she's just submitted a further 7 days via a sick note from the GP. She didn't need the GP note for the first 14 days though.
