hi, so I sent my wca form off which was received on the 21st of July 2025. I’ve heard nothing so I called the health advisory service for an update as it’s been nearly 9 weeks. I requested a paper based assessment but the lady on the phone said they don’t do paper based assessments and I’m in a queue for an assessment.. is this true? I thought paper based assessments were a thing.. I had one for PIP. Have they scrapped them for wca for universal credit? Thanks in advance
