Im an Allied Health Professional...just reached band 6 but I would love to earn a lot more.
I am not bothered about staying in my career if I can't earn more.
I have two good degrees ( 2:1 in an art subject and 1st in a science subject) a PGCERT , PGCE but im not bothered about sticking to what ive trained in so far. I only retrained 5 years ago and although I like it, i dont love it and my priorities have changed.
This sounds awful but I'm kind of over doing public sector caring roles ( I used to teach) and want to provide for myself and family and have a good life when I finish work.
