I hate my job! It is well paid, work from home and part time. I know, what's to hate! Its seriously affecting my mental health, I dont feel I can do it anymore, I think perimenopause has had an impact.
Its an office job, covers, communications, training, managing stakeholders with great organisation skills
I dont know what else I can do. I dont really have any hobbies or passions.
Anyone been brave and had a career change later in their career (im only 50).
Any advice on other roles I could do

What do you hate about it? What do you like about it? What are your transferrable skills?

The NHS are crying out for staff . I retrained as a AHP age 40 and do love my role but am after well paid WFH eventually.
But if you want rewarding and good pension you cannot beat nhs work.
