Any consultant solicitors on here ? What % do you get ?

I am. I get 70%.

And does it work well for you ?

Yes it does work well. I do legal aid work so there’s a lot of admin and the firm provides quite a lot of support (not secretarial but in terms of costing etc). It’s the normal percentage for the firm I work for but I’m not sure more generally. I put it into Google and it said 70/30 is most common but no idea how accurate that is.
