Do they score civil service apprenticeship differently?

Is there a grade associated to it? AO EO HEO SEO?

It is still behaviours based.

As far as I’m aware it’s marked exactly the same.
An apprentice is exactly the same as every other employee just doing the apprenticeship at the same time.
In my job, almost all new people are taken on as apprentice unless worked in a very similar role previously.

Agree, check behaviours for EO. You'll be asked about working together, managing a quality service, communicating and influencing, etc. We all cover these but at the appropriate level.

How long does interview outcome take? I was told three weeks for mine.

It will be a while after the last interview date, so could easily be three weeks + if you took an early slot.
