Long shot I know; but has anyone been able to claim income protection while on sick leave during notice period?
I know it depends on the policy and I am waiting for my employer HR team to confirm but they have not replied yet, perhaps busy or lost of interest after I resigned.
The employer pay the group income protection. We have 50 percent salary while off sick for 3 months and income protection for the other 50 percent but not sure if it applies during notice period/once you have resigned.
