What score do you think you need to be the successful candidate?

The highest one! It depends how many questions were asked, what type of questions they were (behaviour, strength etc.) and what the other candidates were like.

I've scored 7,7,6 at interview and only made the reserve list. But in another interview I scored 5,5,4 and got the job.

I’m pretty sure I scored quite low (4s and 5s) and got the job. But they were employing more than one person.
