Hello

why does it take so long for interview outcome? I had a interview and I have been told, I won't hear anything for three weeks.

Had my interview on 7th August at the time of the interview they told me I would hear back by the end of September. They were interviewing over nearly 3 weeks, I picked an interview date right in the middle.

They were interviewing approximately 280 candidates for 50 roles. I’d say that was far too many and the sift should have been more effective. But there we are.
