Toxic NHS workplace

Hi all. Wondering if anyone is experiencing a slow burning toxic management situation in their department. I’m dreading going in this week and would really like to hear how anyone else is coping? I have trouble standing up for myself and am doing my best but sometimes I feel like I shouldn’t be rocking the boat.

I have certainly seen a difference over the last few months.
