Communication skills training

I'm looking for some communication skills training for sort of communicating better - making an impact.

Aka dealing with people in a semi bonkers environment. But training that will help me develop leadership skills.

As might as well get something out of it I can take with me!

Any good courses?

Check your local City or Regional College website they sometimes run online courses in leadership training.

Otherwise there’s Upskillist, Reed Training, Free courses England, Coursera and Open University

You can opt for borrowing a good book on leadership from your local library to start with also? Mark the areas that interest you and see how you get on with it time wise then go from there.. course work on top of employment can sometimes need a bit of prep and time management
