Been made redundant looking for a HR job

I have recently been made redundant due to lack of funding. I have 14 years experience in administration and management. I have completed the CIPD level 5 in HR and currently trying to find a job in HR but no luck. I have been applying for the HR admin / assistant. I understand I have no experience. I am getting really stressed. Does anyone have any good advice? I feel awful being rejected all the time
