Art psychotherapy

I currently work as a social worker in an adults’ community team. I am burnt out and fed up. My children are getting older and I feel I need to find something more fulfilling and enjoyable. The aspect of my job I most enjoy is working with traumatised adults who find exploring their feelings and accepting support difficult. I enjoy the challenge and I am generally good at it.
I went to art college when I left school, I was creative and reasonably talented. I am thinking more and more about retraining as an art psychotherapist. The city I live in has a respected MSC and I have reached out to them about the depth and breadth of portfolio they require at interview.
I suppose my question is - can anybody give me an idea of the job market? I have had a good look online and I don’t get the feeling there are that many roles once qualified? Would I be mad to walk away from social worker…
thank you if you have read this far!
