When do you get your rota

If you get your rota, when do you get it.

I have a monthly rota.

I don't get this rota until a few days before the next month starts. Meaning its very hard to plan for things

Is there any workplace legislation that covers rotas?

Doubt it. My DS gets his at the start of the month. If he’s got a request for certain days off he asks as soon as he can, and there is some flexibility in the rota too.
