Hubby has been sacked from 2 jobs now due to gross misconduct . He’s been working for agencies but is constantly unhappy long hours etc . He’s worked for one company on agency 5 days a week and then they dropped his hours to 2 days a week . He’s now working for another agency hours are long which he hates yet the first agency has now come along with another job which he is considering going back to . I can’t understand y he would want to go back to a job that cut his hours before . This current job is guaranteed 5 days . They seem to be making the job sound great saying he can expect 4/5 days per week . I don’t get y u would go back to a job where they had previously screwed you over . Apparently they are now short staffed . Hubby can’t understand y I am concerned as if he gives up this job he won’t get it back . Opinions please ? Am I worrying for nothing or do I have grounds to be concerned ?
