MoD CS/Grievance process

Can anyone advise? If someone has had a grievance raised against them and while the process is working through, they get a new job and move on, is their new line manager told by DBS or MyHR, or is the person able to keep that little bit of knowledge to themselves?

If it is a CS role, you used to have to declare that you had passed probation and there were no bars on you applying, such as action for absence etc. - can’t remember the exact declarations.
