Last week it was my 30 year work anniversary, at my workplace we receive a certificate and voucher for such milestones.
My manager has not acknowledged the anniversary and I haven't received my certificate and voucher.
I don't know if I should ask my manager for it or wait until he acknowledges it.

Ask them. They may not have received the prompt.

Ask for it it's - such poor management. My 25 year anniversary was missed - basically my incompetent manager had ignored the email which was buried amongst hundreds of other unread emails.

Ask them, you are entitled to it as part of a long service reward.

I would ask! You know what you are entitled too, so make sure you get it. You put the work in, you deserve the reward

Clearly two early for me, posted the same thing twice
