I am genuinely lost about what job to do next but I do know I need a change!
I'm 37 and I've been a nanny for 20 years, I'm very good at it and very in demand so I've stuck with it probably 3 or 4 years longer then I wanted to because it was easy (the job is not, not having the unknown and the ability to find work is 😂). I've also been a virtual assistant for a company for the last 2 years but I fell into that rather then hunted it out.
I actually love the VA work and I love the admin and organising side of being a nanny but I don't actually know how to even start looking for more work like that. Maybe I shouldn't be, maybe I should be doing something else, but what?!
I don't think I want to work directly with children anymore, its been so wonderful but I am ready for a change and I want to be able to give it my everything, they deserve that.
I would love to work remotely but I appreciate that so do so many so that's probs not feasible!
I would love any thoughts or ideas or being pointed in the direction of somewhere or someone that could help me work it out.
