3 jobs in 9 months

I’m worried how my CV is looking at the moment, previously I have worked at companies for years (one job 8 years, one 4 years and others 2 years) but I have had three jobs in the last 8/9 months since leaving a company last December I had worked at for four years.

I have kept moving due to toxic work culture, and being lied to in interviews and the job not matching up to what I was expecting.

My question is would employers look at my work history and would they be put off by the fact I have had three jobs in 9 months or look at my experience overall?

Yes I think they might be. I might look to fudge the details in this situation. I would be honest about the length of time you have been at your current workplace because it is standard to give your current workplace as a reference. But I would maybe not include the other two roles. Perhaps by extending the time you were at your previous workplace. That’s just what I would do.

Just say you were temping until you found the job you really wanted
