I’m interviewing an author tomorrow who is in recruitment and has written a guide to securing your dream flexible or part-time career. I’d love to share your questions - is there anything you would want to ask her?

Stats on it working out long term. How many women are doing this a year from now?

@Salesavedo you mean how many are still in flexible or part time roles a year after starting? Do you think it doesn’t work?
