Careers ARE work? So why does it need a separate section? As for Smart Works - it’s for unemployed women isn’t it and free so why wouldn’t you just use it anyway? Surely any preparation/coaching is better than none?

I went through something similar and found that looking at different online court reporting degree programs made it easier to compare costs, tech needs, and how much practice time I’d actually get. Using those programs helped me figure out which options offered solid hands-on training without surprise expenses, so it might help you sort out what fits your schedule and budget too.
