I was given an offer letter for a new clinical role 10 weeks ago.
reference has been provided, and I’ve accepted the offer.
however, I’ve now been emailed on 4 separate occasions asking for me to send over my qualification certificates (which I’ve done 4 times!) and to send a photo for an id badge twice! Why is it so disorganised?!
my new (prospective) line manager is in touch with me regularly and is saying this is “typical nhs”. I’ve worked in the nhs a long time and it’s never been this bad!
just a rant really!
