Off sick: wellness call, what to expect ?

I have been off sick for burnt out for 4 weeks and dr has extended my leave for 2 more months. I have a wellness call scheduled this week. What should I expect?

They just ask how you are. Whilst I suppose it depends on industry/sector I have honestly heard my current manager in public sector be very sympathetic to others when it comes to MH.

It will be to check on how you're getting on and to look at what support you need. Occ Health may be involved to work out a plan to get you well again and back into the workplace. I found it really helpful - it was very much about supporting me and working with me to help me return.
