Recommendations needed please: Website for remote/home-working admin/secretarial

I'm been working for the NHS (Bands 3 and 4) for several years and feel ready for a change.

Due to family circumstances, I'm due to move to a more rural location, away from the city where we've lived and worked for 20 years. I know I could apply for NHS roles in the new area but I'm keen on something more flexible, with the option to work remotely.

Once settled, I'm thinking of applying for some "remote" work, something home-based that I can apply my secretarial and admin skills to.
I've been looking on the usual websites like Indeed and Reed but the remote jobs I've seen sound a bit "gimicky" or "sales-y". Not interested in anything commission-only. I need a stable salary with a reputable organisation.
Can anyone recommend any sites or companies that offer such opportunities?

The only ones I know of are DICT8 and We Type. Medical audio typing, self employed, paid per line if I’m not mistaken. I’ve put applications in with both and still waiting months later and I have over 20 years experience as a medical secretary. I’d be interested to hear also if anyone knows anywhere different to try.

I’d suggest looking for PA jobs, some are part time and remote for executives etc.
